Citibox
Citibox is a Spanish startup that offers a wide network of smart mailboxes for receiving packages.
Citibox app users are notified when the courier delivers their package to one of their mailboxes. To access it, they scan a QR code or enter a control letter printed on the mailbox itself. They can also resolve any issues directly with Customer Service without leaving the app.
Mystilo
Mystilo is a fashion and trends app that offers its users a selection of products from all brands.
Through gamification and the use of like/dislike gestures, the tool generates data on each user's preferences in order to improve the future experience and allow for greater customization of suggested products.
Popcha!
Popcha! was a social app that offered a wide catalog of movie listings that users could discover, share, and recommend.
An innovation project in which I was able to participate and learn within Telefónica i+D. The app was powered by a complex, proprietary recommender that, in addition to learning from the user, sought to link their tastes with the movie channels offered by Movistar TV.
